One page, no “contact us for a quote”. Every figure here is the figure on the invoice, and every price excludes VAT.
5 of 5 founding places are open: 10 per cent off for 3 months, in return for a founding-client badge on the site and a published case study once the work is live. After the fifth, everyone pays list price, and that is enforced in the code rather than promised.

Trials, reminders and stopping
- A module starts with 30 days free. Nothing is taken during them.
- We email you 3 days before a trial ends, saying what the charge will be and how to stop it.
- Cancelling is one click. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is taken after that.
- You have 14 days to change your mind after agreeing to something new, as the law provides.
- Your data stays available to export for 90 days after you stop.
- Every recurring charge is stated in pounds before it is agreed, and shown again on the invoice.
Prices exclude VAT. We are not yet VAT registered; VAT will be added to new invoices once we are, and we will tell you before it applies.
Questions about the prices
Why do some prices say “from”?
Three prices are a “from”, and each has a reason. A site package is a from because the page count and the number of integrations change the work: Launch covers up to 8 pages, Growth up to 20 or a catalogue, and Signature is quoted on what the work needs. Search is a from because the hours are fixed but a catalogue site needs more of them, which is what Growth clients usually take as Search Plus. Care is a from because Care Plus adds improvement hours. Everything else on this page is the price.
When do I pay?
Site projects are 50/20/20/10: half on signing, a fifth when you approve the design, a fifth when the build is complete, and the last tenth at go-live once the rest is paid. Retainers and Care are monthly by Direct Debit, in advance.
Is there a contract I have to sign for a year?
No. Care and the retainers run month to month. Cancellation is one click and takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and your data stays available to export for 90 days after.
What happens when a free month ends?
A module trial runs for 30 days. We remind you 3 days before it ends, in an email that says what it will cost and how to stop it. Nothing renews without that reminder having been sent.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. We are not yet VAT registered; VAT will be added to new invoices once we are, and we will tell you before it applies.
