- We do not let an agent decide it has been approved; approvals are workflow, not a prompt
- We do not build at a higher rung than the job needs: code first, a model last
- We do not run an agent without a cap in pounds, and a run that reaches it stops and asks

How is this priced?
By the day for build work, or as a module from the catalogue when a module already does it. Either way the price is agreed before anything starts.
What happens if an agent gets something wrong?
It writes an entry before and after every tool call, its output is validated against a schema before it touches anything, and anything client-visible is approved by a person first.
Can you work with the system we already have?
Usually. Tell us what it is in the brief and we will say plainly whether it can be connected or should be replaced.
