What Care is
We host the site, watch it, patch it and back it up.
Once a month you get a report, and any day of the month you can read everything we did.
What we do
- Hosting, SSL and the domain, renewed before they expire
- Uptime checks and performance sampling, with alerts to us rather than to you
- Security updates, backups, and a restore tested rather than assumed
- Tickets with a response time we publish
- A monthly report from your own numbers, and improvement hours on Care Plus
What we do not do
- We do not charge for fixing something we broke
- We do not lock the site to us; you can leave at the period end with everything exported
- We do not report on a month we did not monitor

The questions clients ask
What happens when the site goes down?
The check fails, we are alerted, and the entry that says what happened and what we did about it is in your Ledger whether or not you noticed.
Can I cancel?
In one click, taking effect at the end of the period you have paid for. We remind you three days before a trial ends, and your data stays available to export for ninety days after.
Do I have to take Care?
The first month comes with every site. After that it is your decision, and the site is yours either way.
